Scotthan Yup, just today. Got it set up in a forest looking place. Very cool. I get a prompt when selecting doors in the room asking about the last time it was saved but it doesn’t seem like it’s a problem, just a minor inconvenience.

Following. I’ve had a lot of success getting kids playing paintball and to a less extent laser tag. Likewise curious if there’s more options. Though once you have a room up be sure to add a bunch of prop toys: crossbows, guns, arrows, bowling etc. I’ve had kids spend a good quarter of their hour just playing in the lounge.

VR-ARRIVAL

For any of the arcades that have had RecRoom construct their lobby, do you have any problem with any of the games that they have included in the lobby? For us the Paintball doesn’t work in capture the flag mode, have to change it to team mode and for Disc Golf, the discs don’t appear when you start the game…

VR-ARRIVAL It’s a bug, the devs know about it because it’s been around (and fixed and broken again) for a couple years now. They might fix it again if you email them to ask

VR-ARRIVAL If you spend some time learning how to create with the “tool” - you can get pretty lost in customizing the template they provided you for the arcade. It takes quite a bit of time, but might be worth it …. just refer to the wiki page above that @thevrclub referenced.

I did a simple thing of moving the main “Rec:room Lounge Door” … the one that leads to the wildwest of the internet … behind a huge boulder with a maze of rocks …. you could also remove it so your customers can’t get to that craziness … but some of my customers have found this hidden secret. They LOVE that they now feel “in the know” and “behind the scenes” :-)

Scotthan - we just get kids pointing at the watch and leaving to the main Rec Room accidently… No way to deactivate the watch and in every large group, at least one person does it (despite telling them not to)…
