DitaSBVR Unsure if its possible to add anything to this but it would be helpful if the online reservations allowed for more than one experience type. Specially so customers could see a choice of booking for regular VR games or for Escape Room games which can have a time price structure.

Is there a location where we can see the updates as they go live, or do we get notified of that somewhere else?

I’m really hoping to see that we can create game playlists and select what stations to add those playlists to. almost like being able to block the ones we don’t want used during that session. I used the age restriction for a while but it gets confusing, and as of lately it hasn’t been working.

Fixing the remote launch, launches sometimes for 2 stations and then the rest don’t.

Besides that i would definitely like to be able to control more than 1 stations play time, or even create parties in order to manage their time together instead of having to go into each station and sync them up individually.

I’ll send this over to feedback email as well, thought this is an overlooked discussion that operators should be a bit more interested in to better SB.

Anyone else looking for specific updates?

Operator tags were released about a year ago, and it is an option to filter available content in the Launcher (content loadout) to limit game selection for players in VR.

Batch edit also was released around the same time, which allows to edit multiple stations at the same time.
Remote launch issue - we have it on our developer list however we are struggling to replicate to when this exactly happens, if there are any steps to when it happens most frequently please email support@springboardvr.com

I’ll definitely try out that batch edit for the tags and see how that goes.

As for editing time for stations, I don’t think the batch edit works to control 2+ stations playtime session, unless I’m missing something. You have to still manually pause the times individually till they sync up

May i add something to the tags/edits? Currently when choosing tags for stations to see, we only get options of “title needs at least one” or “title needs all”. but my games have more than 1 tag. ..for example, my shooter games also have a multiplayer tag, or a fantasy tag, etc etc. The problem is, if a party doesn’t want shooters available, i can uncheck my shooter tag, but they still show because of the other tags that go with them. Can we add an option to the dropdown menu to the likes of “remove title if contains..” or something of that sort?

augmentalitylabs will add this to feature update list, I believe originally there was an intent how tags limit or not games but we can see if options within settings can be created for you to select a way how operator would prefer this feature to work.

Regarding Tags, is there a plan for some kind of indicator that tags are engaged on stations in the main monitor view? The age filter indicates its setting well. It doesn’t have to be a full list of what’s flipped on, just that a tag filter(s) are active.
