Can you track how long each session of play is and give us an average? Like some games might be click bait, but ultimately people only play it for 3 minutes and then get sick of it, while others might get fewer clicks, but when people play they love it and play for 10 minutes, etc.

It’d be great to see use by game for all Springboard accounts and compare that to use in your own country and own arcade.

Add an auto sort so that we don’t have to guess and select which games to compare- like Top Ten most played- Top Ten Most Expensive. Longest Average Play Time. Shortest Average Play Time.

Hey Aaron,

You actually can track that. It’ll take some manual work but if you goto your analytics and click “export raw sessions” (no need to select games) and it will generate a spreadsheet that includes the station, the game and the minutes played during the session.

You could isolate the game in question and then average out how many minutes it’s played to get your answer. Does that make sense? If not, I’d be happy to jump on a screenshare to show you how to do it.

It would also need to track how many times the game was opened in order to do that. You can’t do that right.

Hey Aaron,

Directly through the export function you’ll get the station name, the game associated for that specific launch, the session start and end time and the length of the session. I would advise that if you’d like to know how many times a game was opened, press control F and search the game to see how many occurrences it’s had.

You could also potentially use the “mode” average for each game but now we’re getting into excel magic 😛

Does that all make sense? I know it’s not ideal but you should be able to get what you’re looking for.

Good question. The export data is very raw. I’m not going to say it’s impossible but I think it would defintely be a stretch and can’t think of a way to do it off the top of my head.
