Initial feedback has been PHENOMENAL for Pistol Whip and we’re so excited that you all are loving it so far.

The team at Cloudhead games has made arcades a priority with this title and Pistol Whip will be a “live game” with updates and scene additions as well.

We’d love to hear your feedback, good and bad, so far with Pistol Whip to share with their team so they can continue to support and make a top-notch arcade product.

They really did not test this game before release I love the game but freezes have to shut down and restart every 2 rounds.

crazevr Hey there, when are you getting this issue? When loading the game or at a particular point when playing? (Also, what GPU/CPU do you use? You might look into updating your GPU drivers!)

HunterLaneSBVR I think gameovr has it right its when you lose a level and hit replay it freezes hard. I love the solution to be better at the game but that does not work for customers. Adding a no-fail is a great idea that would make this a hit I think.

We are having the same issue. It crashes on every station after a song or so. We have 1080 GPUs and updated drivers. discussion on FB and there are others seeing the same issue.

And it doesn’t happen when playing a steam version on the same PCs.

It seems to be when you lose a level and hit replay, drivers are up to date and it still does that on mine. Easy solution: stop being bad at the game and losing the level. (I usually suggest for younger kids putting on no-fail just like in beat saber, then its a non-issue.) Hopefully they find a fix for it soon.

Theres a no fail option under modifiers, turn it on for all stations is a temporary solution until the devs can fix it

Does anyone else have an issue lately with the gun not being able to reload when aiming down? I thought it was operator error the first time I saw a customer complain about not being able to reload but have tried it since on the offending station and he was correct. Has since popped up in this game intermittently on other stations. Only way to fix it is to enable unlimited ammo in the modifier section.

@HunterLaneSBVR - any word on whether/when we get access to the new content on Pistol Whip. They have another scene out called Akuma on the Steam version which looks great and have said that they are releasing another every month up until June. Will we be getting this content as well at the same time?
