Taking VR on the road

Taking the show on the road for a tradeshow is there anything special I need to do or are we good to go? Can I still use springboard on the road for the week?

I think so long as you have an internet connection and have hooked up the computer you use for your operating panel you should be good?

I've not done this so don't quote me on this?

I do a mobile arcade for events and use SpringboardVR all the time for them. Just make sure you have a decent internet connection. I have used my mobile phone hotspot fairly successfully, if I could get a good signal. Make sure your stations are fully downloaded and updated before you go, though, just in case.

Any tips on number of setups or special equipment with events. I have one which I can setup in 15 minutes which works fine leeching the internet from my phone.

I have two towers I set up that can support two computer systems each, with a large TV monitor for people to watch, so I can do up to 4 VR stations for mobile. Takes me about 2 hours to get all 4 set up. Here's a pic:

Yep, works fine! I have to be careful to position them to minimize users blocking them from each other, but it's not too hard. Depending on the surrounding environment (outside, for example) I will use the sync cable, but usually it's not needed.
