As far as I understand. You can't get commercial licenses for steam games unless you sign up for steam cafe itself. Which will in turn, unlock the commercial licenses for you to either purchase or just receive a code once clicked. I think I saw that the commercial license is per station at $10 per month. So on top of paying the per month of springboard of course. Their game list is not bad, but definitely something to consider since you'd be paying an extra 10 per station, plus what they might or might not add, if per minute is included. I think then, you can just side-load everything through springboard.. Again, just what I got out of it, could be totally wrong, cause it is quite confusing.
So to simplify
1.Make a Steam Cafe Account
Unlocks Commercial Licenses next to Consumer purchase
$10 per station (Not sure if Per Minute is a thing)
Side-Load with Springboard
Would be nice if someone can just verify and clarify.
