So today its 4:34 steam is down globally had to issue refunds... oh what fun on the weekend hope it comes back up

Today was epic all of steam was on black out for an hour had to issue a refund to a group that wanted to play Arizona sun together...
PANIC!!! lol luckily it was only down briefly. Just happened right in the middle of every station being full with a lobby full of people waiting in the middle of a saturday.

We were sold out most the day and never noticed it. There were a couple of games that would not start, but not any more failed launches than usual.
We’re on the left coast - was it a regional or global blackout?

Not sure, we are east coast and had all of our stations filled at the time of the "blackout," never noticed a problem. All games launched like normal. Maybe we just got lucky?

If the station was already in a game it would keep running but if theu tried switching it wouldnt work. For us it happened right when we were in the middle of a switch so every single one of our stations couldnt launch anything but cds games. We got through it though
