When we first got Vive Pro's and started having audio issues I thought that the strap and internal connections were just bad a broke quickly, then it became apparent that none of these issues persisted, they would always self right after a few days or weeks, the recently from some fiddling, I found that every audio issue we get can be simply fixed by and unplug and replug. This may not be the case with you, but reseating the connection on the headset end has worked for out 7 Vive Pro's 100% of the time so far.
