Springboard launcher full screen

So randomly one of the springboard launchers is not letterbox and not full screen. This does not affect gameplay or anything else I run on the monitor it even mirrors in full screen. Only thing letterbox on the monitor is springboardvr launcher lol. Any ideas before I redownload Springboardvr client?

Hey Mark!

Sounds like the settings of the Launcher got somehow changed. Hold the Shift or Alt key on the station's keyboard while our Launcher starts. You can easily restart the Launcher via the SpringboardVR icon found in your tray icon area (bottom right in the Windows taskbar, probably hidden behind an arrow pointing up) - right-click the tray icon and click on "Restart Launcher", then make sure to hold Shift or Alt.

A configuration window will pop up that allows you to set the resolution!

This happens every time on three of our stations, is there a default settings file somewhere that can be checked?

It's getting tedious doing this every time we need to restart Springboard

Hello Mike!

The setting persists after changes as it's written to disk. I suggest you reach out to support@springboardvr.com to look into what your machine is doing to revert/wipe those persisted settings.
