Smashbox Frequent Downtime

I've noticed that on weekend afternoons, Smashbox frequently blocks users from going into the multiplayer area. They just get stuck in the multiplayer bus from the loading screen. It seems to work well in the evening. Is anybody else having these kinds of problems or have any kind of workarounds?

Hey there. Can you send an email to arcadesupport@survios.com so the team can look into it with you? If you are not using the arcade mode, that could be causing this problem

Just read your reply @Survios - how do we get Smashbox Arena into Arcade mode and what is the difference?

I would also like to know the same. Smashbox is a wonderful game, but quickly routing customers into a game together, or joining after a game has started, has proved to be problematic. What are the differences the arcade version presents?
