If you're wanting mil sim, then Onward is what you want, but if you want mil sim, you're not going to get pick up and play. There's Stand Out which is slightly easier then Onward but still pretty difficult controls and fast deaths that are likely to aggravate your customers as they go against enemies who are much more experienced than they are.
I'm excited for Zero Caliber since it's co-op and not competitive multiplayer. Sadly, it's not out yet.
