Use Springboard's age limit feature. It's still a bit buggy, I often need to restart the launcher to at the start of the day, but for special events it can work for this.
Try changing all the games you want to include in your event to a really low age in the games panel in the operator settings on Springboard. Then change your station settings in the monitor to be that age. In theory it should eliminate all the other games since it will think they are age restricted.
I would like if there was a better way as it can take some fiddling to get just right but should work
