When you're adding games to your arcade in the Operator Panel ( Content > Games ), there is a "Manually Add Game" button at the top. Click that, and start typing the name of the Lab mini-game you want a launcher item for (i.e., Longbow). Choose the appropriate title, add some tags, and then jump down to the Edit Launch Settings section. The Steam App ID for The Lab (450390) should already be there, but you'll need to add the Launch Argument for the specific Lab mini-game.
