This is our set up. We have 6 stations, so have set up each station with a discord account, plus our reception tablet. The reception account owns the server, we set up 6 party rooms and reception. Normally each station just sits in its own party until needed, then on reception we can drag and drop the stations into a party room if required and that way we can have any set up we need and chop and change as the customer needs quickly. If we need to speak to anyone without going to them, we can drop the reception account into the party and speak to the customer directly. Checking each station is active and in their own party room is part of our opening checks now, as after a period of time of being away discord removes them from the room, it keeps them logged in and will automatically log in to discord on boot up unless you change settings.
We bought a Bluetooth ear piece headset for less than £30 on Amazon. We haven't used it that much as we are quite small so just shout loud or go to people.
