We've been hard at work on some exciting new features and have been pushing small features here and there. For example just yesterday we were able to deploy a new refreshed monitor application. The Monitor is not only faster but is more in line with our refreshed branding. Another new addition is the option to have custom hours of operations for your experiences, this means you can create exceptions to the normal hours for things like holidays.

We have a lot more on the way, and we can't wait to share it with everyone.

We've been re-evaluating how we provide services that focus around the reservation and booking system. We've been looking at a possible tight integrations with companies like Checkfront that will give our operators a lot more flexibility and features in the booking domain.

You can follow this page for progress on your specific request. I know this feature request has been open for many months, but I can't stress enough that we really do want to give you guys the best features possible in a timely manner. That's why why we're now looking at options like integrating with Checkfront.

Checkfront is what we use and it is incredibly flexible for our bookings, and has integrated waivers, gift cards, reporting tools, and keeps track of every customer so we use that for our loyalty program as well. Using checkfront as a model for what the booking software should look like is a great idea.

Checkfront integration sounds like a brilliant step, is there an expected timeline on when that would be implemented? tough question I know, haha.

Are you working on Costumer profiles specifically the ability for a costumer to SAVE game progression so that they can pick up were they left off their next visit.

We need Checkfront beta testers! The more beta testers we get the quicker we will be able to release! Email matthew@springboardvr.com if interested.

Secondly, we are working on customer profiles and the ability for a customer to save game progress, as well as different social and multiplayer functionalities. This will all be bundled in a fairly big release sometime later this year.

I've been investigating making the switch to Checkfront, and both teams from Springboard and Checkfront have been very helpful.

However the integration is currently only one-way from Checkfront to Springboard, and I have a lot of walk-ins at my arcade and many who want custom session lengths/pricing. So as I understand it because the integration is one-way, if I make small adjustments in the Springboard monitor they won't show up in Checkfront which could lead to the potential for double-bookings. The team at Checkfront recommended I only enter new bookings via Checkfront in the meantime, but I can't see a way to make small adjustments to bookings the way you can in the Springboard monitor.

I'd love to switch over to Checkfront for bookings but I need the integration to work both ways with Springboard. Is there any ETA on this?

We have been looking at the change our self, so will be following this here. But @Jordan if I decite to jump on checkfront could I also join the beta then until it will be released.

I see that the issue is ofcourse one way sync but we could work around it, but we have a lot of walk in everyday.

Any update on the Checkfront 2-way integration?

I'm constantly being asked by customers for digital gift vouchers and I have to apologise, ask the customer to make a normal booking, cancel their booking, and email them a coupon code. Which I then have to keep an eye out for when the code is used because we still don't have one-time use coupons! Getting frustrated
