Richies Plank Experience - Not able to walk off

I've double checked all setting and fall off the plank is enabled, but for whatever reason, I am not able to fall. If I use the 112 code in the elevator and then fly off then land on the plank, I am then able to fall off, but if I walk in hit plank and then try to step off, it does not work. I've tried reinstalling, playing with plank length and adjustments and nothing seems to help. Anyone had something similar happen? Is there a config file buried somewhere not in the usual places that I can mess with? I've looked in appdata, docs, and even the game folder.

We experienced the same thing today, hopefully they can get to the bottom of it quickly

We've had one arcade have 5 installations on 5 identical PC's and one of them had this issue. All I can think of is there's a glitch with the "fall off the plank" setting. Removing the game and re-installing may not remove the saved settings.

To force a reset of all your settings, open regedit and all the keys in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Toast VR\Richie's Plank Experience

Sorry you've had this problem. It's extremely rare and we've yet been able to replicate it.

If you ride up on the outside of the elevator it messes up sometimes. I know you said you checked the settings, make sure no feet tracking is selected to be sure. Customers mess with our settings all the time. Those are the only suggestions I can think of

Spectrum_Waylon “No Feet Tracking” was the solution. Wish I’d read your comment 6 months ago, would have saved a lot of confusion. Dang kids clicking random options…
