We can book a reservation when we type in custom start time either in 24hr or 12hr format. Let's say we type 17:10 or 05:10 for a custom start time and save, the booking start afrom 17:00.

Hey, fyi, I'm still having problems setting a custom time on a reservation. Current workaround is to set the reservation 15 mins later and then edit it to the custom time.
