Sairento now has an arcade build. Download the public test beta and use launch argument -arcade. Improves the game for sure.
Quivr doesn't have a specific build, but you can utilize a lot of launch arguments to really take advantage of the game in the arcade settings.
We use "+versionAdd (Insert name of server here, most likely arcade name) +mpjoin1 +overrideAFK1"
