Just did a quick test with a few employees. One got stuck in the beginning room of the tutorial, the door to the ladder wouldn’t open. And another got stuck at the backpack.

Gonna look into it myself sometime tomorrow. Also noticed this menu pop up on the external display and they said they could see it in headset as well. They weren’t sure how they were triggering it. Looked like what I’d see in a .ini file. Debug menu? I was able to navigate it with the keyboard.

On that note, do we have any operator side controls in game or through a config file?

EdgeVRArcade Thank you for the message and sharing this. The menu seems to be the debug menu that they may have accidentally opened. We are looking if we can disable this. We haven’t heard of the issues with the ladders or the backpack if you have any additional details what exactly happens, that would be helpful and we will try to replicate with our team.
