For anyone wanting a work around for this issue. If you login to your square account, you can go to your online checkout option, create links and require date and times when checking out through the links created. You can also add 1 additional field to ask further questions.
This process is a little more tedious and will require you to create the reservation on your own on springboard of course. But I would say it’s the next best thing since you can’t really make more specific menu options on springboard anyway
