Clash of Chefs loading Error

Clash of Chefs won’t load - just brings up a Microsoft notification saying I need to search for an app to launch it - any ideas?

A new build of Clash of Chefs was just uploaded it looks like so hopefully this addresses the issues you’re currently having with Clash of Chefs.

Can you test for me the next chance you get to see if the issue is fixed? (I’d test it myself but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to recreate the original issue so far on my end)

I had the same thing. It wouldn’t launch the multiplayer component because it wanted each computer to log into Viveport account and when I uninstalled Viveport it won’t launch at all with the same message you had. SpringboardVR don’t know what is causing it. I have emailed the developers of Clash of Chefs to ask for a couple of Steam Keys to see if the Steamm version works (as I am not paying $60 for 2 licenses just to try this out!).

Hey everyone,

We’ve reached out to the developers because of these reports but just to make sure, have you all tried uninstalling/reinstalling it?

I’m unable to recreate this issue on my PC and I also have Viveport installed so trying to figure out what exactly might be causing the issue.

The developer is also generally pretty quick to respond so hopefully we can get an update asap.

Had a quick look at a couple of stations when I reinstalled and it looks to be working now - many thanks to the developers!
