I click to read this topic and the google form is not allowing me to view the price sheet, it says I need to request permission to view it. Also when I try to reply to the thread, instead of allowing me to reply, it copies the four replies that are on it, and pastes them to the bottom of the page, requiring me to scroll down 8 posts instead of the original four. I still can’t reply or comment on this post or view the pricing sheet any longer.
