Okay, so the Doctor Who game has a lot of press promoting it. My barcade has done quite a few press postings and an email or two. The game was able to be downloaded as of today from Springboard and… it’s not good.
There are three experiences. The first shooter as a Dalek is novel and nice and intuitive but… meh. Poor gameplay.
The second in the Tardis is… a frustrating escape room puzzle? But not fun for an arcade.
The third is a scary experience with the Angels, but ultimately there’s not a lot of gameplay.
This is a one-off at best that brings someone to your arcade. Nobody will remember this game in January.
