Can't fall off Richie's Plank

Hey all.

I have one machine that isn't allowing us to fall off the plank. Under settings it is checked off to allow us to fall but no go. The Halloween version works doing the 666 number, you fall and all the other aspects seem to work but the actual plank. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but for some reason it still won't work. Works fine on the other 7 stations. :confused:

Check the in game menu for feet tracking options and make sure feet are not being tracked. That can cause no falling.

Thanks for posting this.

Yeah, as @EdgeVRArcade mentioned, if you go into the settings page and check if you have any Trackers activated then turn them off or if not then turn them on and off again.

It seems to be a strange glitch. I've asked the content team to reach out to them about it.

Thanks for this info. Yes the feet trackers were the issue. So strange that it isn't like that on any of the other machines which were set up the same way.

Most likely a customer that got into the options.
