Gorn - Unable to start the game

Hi there. We have Gorn since 2 year ago, we had 6 Game room with this game installed. Since some months ago we upgraded our center with two more rooms, so we tried to add Gorn but the way to install it has changed, infact the game is not starting at all in out new two Game room, it only starts the steam video trailer. I've noticed that in my Operator Panel , in the specific launch Setting its showed that the game is started with URI and this steam://launch/578620/vr.

I think the main problem can be that because the SB launcher tries to start the game only from steam://launch/578620/vr but in our new game rooms there no Steam game installed.

Please can you help to figure out on how to solve this issue,

If you received it through SB two years ago, they no longer support the license. You need to buy new copies through the Steam Cafe program licences. Technically you would need to do the same through the Cafe program for the original six stations and then add the title manually.
