I'm still investigating this, but one one of my stations 2 of my operators have reported that some players have to try and start a game multiple times, supposedly it dumps them back out to the launcher, and during the game sometimes it goes to a "menu" and then the player ends up losing the round such as in Beat Sabre or Super Hot. I'm pretty sure they tried swapping the USB power cable, battery, and the wireless unit that goes on the headset. I'll have a better description of the problem after I play test it some, but has anyone else experienced something similar ?
