Anyone using queue management system to some part of the arcade? Any suggestions?
I think Xola can do it. Ask them about that. They have wait-list option for sure and tickets distribution, but i haven't check it yet.
We use a combination of Xola for schedule appointments and waitlist.me for walk-in queue management. It has worked out well for us.
The texting feature for waitlist.me works out well and highly suggested.
