Reservation through Checkfront not showing up in Springboard

Hey there,

Matthew at Springboard had me fill out a bunch of information and send it to him so he could link Springboard and Checkfront. My problem is people making reservations in Checkfront are not having their reservations pushed through to Springboard as it is supposed to do. I have to add them manually.

I'm wondering if I could get some help to see if I'm missing anything on my end or if something isn't working on the Springboard side. Thanks,

That's my main question, I've watched the huddle and read the blog posts. How does this integration work? Did you ever get it working?

Is it as simple as once you have Checkfront setup the reservations flow into SpringBoardVR? How quickly does that flow? Is there a chance that is I still have the Springboard reservation system setup that there will be potential conflicts in booking?

So best practice is just to use one, correct?

Any additional technical details would be appreciated.

I am just at the end of 2 weeks of school holidays and for most of that time, most of the bookings made through Checkfront haven't gone through to SpringboardVR. Is had created so many headaches I can't begin to tell you! Have no idea what is going on but it really hasn't been an easy process since I started this a few months ago but the fact that SpringboardVR booking system couldn't do what I needed necessitated the move to another booking system - just wish this was easier!!!!

*Follow up post (17th Oct) - have found out that the issues I had stemmed back to Checkfront changing the SKU code when I altered the items to allow extended hours. Did create a lot of headaches but there would have been no way that SpringboardVR would have been able to detect this without the webhook payloads.

We finally got ours up and running tho there are times that they aren't coming up in the right room (ie a game room) and there are issues of having the timers start correctly.

Kinda hit n miss and have to do a lot of manual work arounds.
