Few months ago, I asked to obtain some keys for the two episodes of Downward Spiral. The request is still "Pending". Do you know why ?

Hey Zoubir! It looks like we are out of keys for the Downward Spirals titles which is why they are listed as Pending. When a title runs out of keys we contact the Content Creator for more but unfortunately there's not much we can do until they upload more and it looks like we haven't gotten any more from them yet. I have let our Content Team know though so they are going to reach out again and try to get more. Let me know if you have any other questions.
