I guess I have an old version of the tracking software because after adding 5 stations, I'm not showing any information on them, like what software version they have, ect. Is there a new link for the monitoring station that I need?
Hi Ron, do you mean the Background Service? You can always download the latest version from the link in the top right of the Stations page: https://support.springboardvr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003063053
Before you run the installer I suggest making sure any old versions are completely removed: https://support.springboardvr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011737693-How-do-I-completely-remove-SpringboardVR-from-a-station-
