We have heard from some Operators the setup process for MixCast has been frustrating, so we contacted them and wanted to give you an update.
Since their launch into the Arcade market, MixCast has been overwhelmed with the number of sign ups they received which is currently causing a two week onboarding delay. They did tell us, though, that they are actively going through the list of registrations and getting people set up in the order they signed up.
