We just had a terrible experience with SpringboardVR last weekend with packed customers and the launcher keep crashing.
This is not the first time and I don't want to ask for compensation anymore as it will be nothing but I think we deserve an official apology from SpringboardVR.
The issue was caused by launcher version 4.2.7 that introduced the shortcut systems that breaks the launcher, and the support still blaming our system as not everyone had this issue. Then at Sunday night they released version 4.2.8 which fixed that. But damage can't be undone.

Please disable the launcher auto update, we just want a stable version that works rather than feature rich (the shortcut system looks stupid to me as why not just launch with remote launch game......)
