Hi, We have over 100 titles and shout about that to the public as an extra positive to visit us (we have no competition for 60 miles, but are building a brand in the UK. Most people that own VR will not have that many titles (too costly) and as they are effectively free from SB why not us have them all? Also, the more choice you give the the customer the happier they generally seem to be and will always find one they like. There is then more chance they may randomly pick a cheaper game too, good for us. We have 15 stations with over 100 titles that we charge more for and the other 15 have over 30 titles (some select few missing) for less. We also run schools (entire classes) so ensure we have certain titles on all. Loving the educational content. There is a negative, admittedly, my staff do not know all the games, but the guests don't expect them too because we have so many, plus you need larger hard drives of course. In practice the most popular games still are the most chosen (and my staff know them), but then after the first few are played, some guests go off and find something a little more different With a game being free from SB we add new games as soon as they arrive after testing. I go out of my way to get devs on SB as I believe one of the best ways to get more customers is to get more choice. I own every headset and a lot of games, but would not have tried them all if not for SB. To me, a key advantage to the ppm model is the ability to have more games at no cost. Reasons for guests to not buy their own/and or visit us is multiplayer is easy (30 stations), ability to find a game all the party will all like, don't have to buy tons of games as they can play at Centre VR. We also list every game with a video on our web site. I know mine is not a popular opinion it would appear, but we are always pretty busy with word of mouth our number one too, so it seems to work for us.
