Smashbox Arena Problems

Is there anyone else having any issues with SmashBox Arena at the moment? When trying to enter in the multiplayer shuttle, there are multiple times when it just ends up in the air. This happened previously very intermittently but was always fixed by restarting the game and going into the multiplayer shuttle again. This happened continually this morning with the first group trying it to the point where we had to give up on it. This may have something to do with the region it is trying to load into - we used to always load into the Singapore server but it now defaults into one of the US servers - is there a way to change this default in the launch arguments?

These problems have been there for years, which is why I don't offer the game at my arcade (among other reasons) even though I do otherwise like the game. The developers seems to have abandoned it too as it hasn't been updated in a very long time, I guess they're busy with Population One.

@VR-ARRIVAL Are you using the arcade mode and/or using the LAN server? If you shoot an email to arcadesupport@survios.com we can help you troubleshoot it.

How do you enable arcade mode? We've had the same issues he has described above, and as much as we still offer the title, we don't push it at all due to the unreliability. I remember searching for that information previously and not being able to find it.

When you are floating in air so to speak takes place when someone goes into the multiplayer shuttle and then teleports again before the game loads into the multiplayer lobby.
