How to measure customer IPD?

Do you measure client IPD before giving them headset on? Or i there some kind of IPD adjustment app they can use within Spingboard?

Hey Erkan,

Thanks for the question! I searched our feature request board and did not find a request set up for this. There is one from Nick Wallace in which he asks for an overlay that would help customers adjust their IPD. Here is the link to that post. If that's what you're looking for feel free to upvote.

If you're wanting a way to measure each customer before they enter the headset I don't believe we can do that but you can create a request here for our team to look into.

There are also rulers and devices like this you can manually use but that may slow down throughput.
