Arizona Sunshine is quite graphic with a lot of gore, guns that look and feel realistic, not to mention several instances of swearing in the campaign. Oh and you are a white character in a mask shooting enemies that resemble real people including women and minorities, with brains and body parts flying at you. Should we plan for it's removal?
Richies Plank Simulator encourages children to commit suicide by jumping off a building. It also has been the cause of a lot of people falling down or in some cases literally diving headfirst off the plank (into the floor). When can we expect it to be removed from the marketplace?
In Job Simulator, kids often make a huge mess, throw things around, slap their customers / bossbot, and don't always do the tasks they are assigned. Do you want these kids to grow up with poor work ethic? Or how about encouraging them to pour sugar into gas tanks? What do you think? How far can we take this?
Leave the choice of what content to have available and promote to the actual business owners who deal with people face to face every day, agree to the licenses and pay the fees. Don't try and make morale decisions for us based on your own ideology and a couple half baked studies. Furthermore, if your intent is to somehow help do your part in policing peoples behavior in society by restricting popular (but violent or offensive) VR content from being listed on your marketplace, sorry but you are not accomplishing anything. There is no exclusivity deal here and there are other ways to license content, not to mention all this content is fully available for at-home users. You guys are not Netflix or Disney, you are a service provider for arcades.
Talking specifically about the decision regarding GORN and Drunkn Bar Fight, two very popular games which aren't even realistic in the slightest. Most of the other games on the list are pretty crappy, some though aren't bad and even added fairly recently (like Battle of Red Cliffs - too violent?). Would be nice to see an explanation for each, and also a date on when they will actually be removed. All in all disappointed in this holier than thou approach.
I also just want to say, as someone who deals with children playing VR every day. They are not stupid and they perfectly understand the difference between VR, video games and the real world.
