Hey everyone,
I’ve been reading through your emails, messages, and Discourse posts since we released the latest content licensing and platform updates about 10 days ago.
The big takeaway for me is that our team has done a poor job listening and getting feedback before launching new updates. That needs to change.
For starters we're making some immediate changes based on your feedback, including re-enabling full control of age ratings, and content assets displayed to users for the vast majority of titles.
I understand that rolling back these changes is just a band-aid to a deeper issue. We need to listen better and communicate more regularly and we're discussing ways we can do that.
The first step is later this week we're making our product roadmap public so that you will be able to see what we're working on and give us feedback.
I'd also like to invite anyone who wants to join us for a Q&A session this Thursday, May 9th, at 12:00pm CDT. We want to take time to answer any questions you have about our content licensing and platform updates, and will also open it up to discuss any other pressing needs, concerns, or questions.

We're a small team of people who are passionate about VR and who are working day (and often times night) to try and make something that you actually want to use.
We couldn't do what we do without your support and your business.
Thank you,
Jordan Williams, Founder/COO
