The team at Ubisoft have released an update for Eagle Flight Arcade that drastically improves gameplay suited for the VR Arcade.

What's New (April 2019)
Improved many features to simplify the game and its operation in Arcades:
Activity Selection Menu – allowing players to select themselves the Free Flight, Missions, or Multiplayer. Staff no longer required to manually change the activity prior launch.
Tutorial now optional, accessible from the main menu.
Start Match button in Multiplayer lobby, allowing players to start the match whenever they want (when at least 2 players are in the Lobby)
Simplified controls allowing to play the game (including Multiplayer) with only one controller!
eSport Advanced Control: Hold-A button functionality, for 360° shoot and quick dodge!
Simplified Config tool
Updated setup (visual studio bug fix)
