Any advice on where to find qualified candidates to host the VR stations?
I've been using Indeed.com to hire bartenders and it works like gangbusters but I don't seem to get much response from VR Host listings. I placed an ad for a "VR Gaming Host & Tech" and got 4 candidates one of whom I hired. He is now leaving and I placed an ad for "Virtual Reality Host & Tech" and got 3 replies, none of who are qualified. I've never sponsored an ad on Indeed since I get 20-50 candidates with the free option when I look for bartenders but may consider it for this.
Thoughts on job title wording, places to place the ad, other avenues altogether?
