we have a school excursion coming to our center next month and the school is asking us if we have a Risk Assessment we can send them for their paperwork.
I was wondering if anyone has something that could help us get started ?
I'm not sure if this helps or not as I'm from UK. We have a government department for Health and Safety called HSE. They provide an online risk assessment tools http://www.hse.gov.uk/risk/assessment.htm. I had to complete a risk assessment for a University Student placement we are having next month and used this site.
