Hey everyone, I'm sure we are all aware that Beat Saber has their huge new update released today, and it hasn't escaped our notice that there has been no update to the Arcade version. Do we have any word from Beat Saber on this? Will we be receiving the new features and new songs on the arcade version? Will we be getting the songs included in the DLC pack? My opinion is if we are paying a premium price to them to license the game, and we are charging a premium price to our customers to play the game we should not be offering fewer features and songs than every user has at home. Why would people come and pay $25/hour at the arcade when they get more songs and features on their PSVR at home? And what is our incentive to be paying to license the game when we have arcades in our city that aren't paying licensing that can offer their customers more than we can.
Games like Arizona Sunshine offer extra features that improve on the consumer version to give arcades a leg up, and that should be something that all developers should be taking into consideration.
