Sorry me again,

On 2 or 3 of our stations and only in specific games (different on each of those 2-3 stations) 1 of the 2 controllers just sits on the ground and is unable to be used. It's really weird and we've tried pairing new controllers, uninstalling and reinstalling games and a few other fixes that usually work but nothing seems to fix the issues. Any thoughts?

Essentially when this happens what it means is that the game has gone looking for a controller and couldn't find it so places it at the origin point, right in the very middle.

Do you have Liv Mixed Reality, a tracker or some other similar software or devices attached or just installed?

Yes on one of the stations we do have Liv installed but not active at the time of the issue. On the other stations we have 3 headsets running off of 3 Base Stations but no or other devices abnormal from our other game areas.

Liv causes these issues whether active or not, you're best uninstalling it totally to prevent these issues. Basically your SteamVR is trying to assign either left or right to a simulated controller or tracker that is installed by Liv.

I'm assuming the 3 headsets are the Vive Pros? On those other computers did you ever have Liv installed at all?

Yes the 3 headset station are all Vive Pro headsets and as far as I know (I was away for a month) the Liv was never installed on that station.

I'd double check that Liv is uninstalled and check your Controller Bindings as well, it sounds very much like SteamVR is trying to allocate Left/Right Controller to something that doesn't exist which is why they appear on the ground like that.
