Launcher Ad Not Saving

I have tried to upload .png images in the Launcher Ad section of our HTC VIVE Experience multiple times today to no avail. I have tried both 400x400 images and 400x800 images. I had somebody else use another computer and login to attempt to upload a different image, also to no avail.

When I attempt to upload a .png image I get the error message: "Reading Exif data is not supported by this PHP installation." When attempting to upload .jpeg images I get the error message: "Call to undefined function Intervention\Image\Gd\imagecreatefromjpeg()" and When I attempt to upload .jpeg images and leave one ad blank I get the error message: "Only strings, FileObjects and UploadedFileObjects can be imported."

Any assistance is appreciated, I do believe that this error is most likely on SpringboardVR's side of things. Let me know if I can attempt any troubleshooting and I will pass it on ASAP.

Try to convert to JPEG.

I had issues with PNG also but it worked like a charm with JPEG.

Are you still having this issue? The dev team has pushed a fix through that should solve this. Let me know if you're still having issues though!
