To unlock all Jobs (all tasks + freeplay) and unlock additional game modifiers:
Run the Job Simulator application
While in the Job Museum (starting zone), type the following keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + U
In order to save the game in its unlocked state, play any job and complete one task (you will see “Task Completed” on the Job Board)
The game is now saved in its fully unlocked state!
