This is the response I got from them a couple of days ago:
"Hi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out, and for your interest in offering our titles. To address your concern-- We’ve recently adjusted our monthly fixed commercial rate on Steam, and have also made Job Simulator available at a pay-per-minute (PPM) rate via SpringboardVR. We had hoped to sync these changes, but wrapping a few details pushed the launch of Job Simulator PPM pricing. Regardless, Job Simulator is now available for PPM licensing through SpringboardVR.
We hope these choices allow flexibility for operators wishing to offer Job Simulator as part of their VR arcade offerings. Let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thanks, and happy jobbing!
Cheers,"
Not entirely satisfied with this, it doesn't really address the massive hike, reversal of perpetual licence or anything like that at all which I find extremely disappointing. If I didn't have the lifetime licences I would just remove it from the library to be honest.
