We have springboard to block guests from accessing our PC. Currently more often then not usually at random, guest are able to hit the menu button and pull up the Steam menu and access our entire PC, purchase games business details, all of it. This is a huge security and liability issue for us. Once the menu pulls up guest cant call for help and then spring board glitches when we try to manually override.. It is not usually a restart springboard for it to work. We have to disable all VR reset all apps and then hope it doesn’t do it immediately on launch. We have had guests experience very bad vertigo with the glitching to resolve. Our noted fix does not always work, sometimes it just does it again. Is anyone else seeing this? How can it be fixed?
