Steam bar appearing when home button pressed

This didn’t happen before, unsure what update caused it. Thus far hasn’t been an issue but don’t want anyone dipping into Steam settings or access unauthorized games from the library. Is there a way to disable this?

Yea, definitely would liked this looked into. Not much they can do from there but games I have that aren’t ready for public use are displayed at times before the SpringBoard UI comes up.

@VRCDA moonagebh @NickSucik319828 Desktop client version 4.3.57 was released to fix an issue related to the most latest SteamVR UI update that caused issues within the SpringboardVR launcher.

Hello everyone, want to let you know that switching over to SteamVR Beta branch can completely resolve the issue.

This will be a temporary fix however as the branch will eventually likely be deleted with future iterations of VR 2.0.

With this you should find that SpringboardVR menu appears as before with no interference from SteamVR.

We are also working further to find a permanent fix to not have you using beta branch of SteamVR.

DitaSBVR As it were, I’m finding its Recenter option pretty handy. Wished they added that long time ago.

NickSucik319828 Hope that’s something they add to the updates they’re proposing we’ll get in the roadmap to come
