Game loads only on monitor but not showing up in the VR headset

When we open Rhytmatic from the SB launcher it can be seen on the monitor and audio heard in the headset but the visual is still the SB launcher. “ See attached image” This happens only in our VR station nr 8, also with Private property title.
How can we fix this issue?
