Sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing here, this error message occurs when there is a problem trying to connect to the servers, this could occurring on the Stations themselves or on the device you’re trying to access from. Can you please contact us through support@springboardvr.com, let us know if when this occurs the Launcher itself goes into safety mode (You’ll recognise this as it’ll say “Attempting to connect” at the bottom where the timer usually is and the filter panel won’t be present) and also what device you’re using to access the monitor such as a PC, Mac, Tablet or Mobile and what browser as well? Thanks!
