We were shut down due to Covid for a month and Springboard paused my account. I had it re-activated today and now any NON-Steam key games (ie SPringboard only games) will not load. I go into the Springboard folder and no games are there, there is no information and nothing launches. One one machine I uninstalled springboard, killed all the mentions in the APPDATA folder and anywhere else on the computer and reinstalled. No springboard folder is being created on my D drive and no games are being loaded on to that computer.
PLease call me 613-629-9999. I am supposed to reopen tomorrow and have tried support tickets, phone messages and no one is getting back to me. If I can’t get this fixed I can’t reopen.
